Request/Contact Us
The Honor Guard will respond to all requests and do its best to secure personnel and permissions to perform as requested for appropriate events as sanctioned by our leadership. In the event of conflict of events or personnel limitations, the Team Leader of the Honor Guard will prioritize participation based on chain of command desires.
For all events, the more lead time, the better. Eight weeks is optimum, however we understand that special circumstances, especially funeral and memorial requests have much less time to organize.
When requesting the Honor Guard, please note in the Comment section the following: Event date, time and location. Are any special unit (acceptable of course) flags to be carried? Will you provide flags and stands? Are there any special circumstances that the Honor Guard should be aware of. Typically, the Honor Guard consists of at least five persons; two sentries and three flag bearers, but can consist of a minimum of 4 persons or a maximum of 16-18 persons. Memorial and funeral services have varying personnel requirements. Please contact us and we will respond with a personal phone call to discuss the event more thoroughly.
If this is a ticketed event, how many tickets will be provided to the Honor Guard? (A general rule of thumb is two tickets per participating member so ancillary staff, chain of command or a mate can attend).
